Meet Melissa
Melissa Thompson
Helping people develop themselves from the inside out is what I'm passionate about.
A clinically trained psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Registered Clinical Member of PACFA. Melissa works with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and addiction, drawing on evidence-informed approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT and person-centred therapy. Two decades in broadcast news, and four Emmy Awards, give her a rare understanding of life under pressure.
